Two phrases I hate more than anything...
When people tell me to either “calm down” or “not to freak out” especially when I’m not doing either of the two. If I am indeed freaking out, instructing me to calm down does NOT help. If anything, it makes it worse. And more importantly, if I am NOT by ANY MEANS freaking out or panicking, don’t fucking tell me to “quit freaking out” because guess...
